Asked for a trim on my inverted bob, which was now down pass my shoulders a bit. And also wanted it to be a little asymmetrical. It was cut way shorter then I wanted and it was very choppy and not tapered in at all on the back and there was also some longer pieces coming out from underneath. Contacted owner and she did offer for me to come back for the girl to fix it but I didn't feel comfortable with her cutting my hair again so I kindly asked for a refund but she said they don't give refunds. So I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed and ended up having to pay twice just for a cut. Very disappointed .
